Sous Chef/Chef Instructor
FTE: 0.120526 (5.5 hours per week, 36 weeks per year) fixed term until 2nd July 2027
Salary: £3,867.2 to £4,214.67 per annum (pro rata of £32,086.00 to £34,969.00 per annum depending on skills and experience)

About the Role
As Sous Chef/Chef Instructor for the college restaurant service, you will lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring the training restaurant is run to high commercial standards while mentoring and supervising students acting as commis chefs. You will maintain exceptional culinary standards, manage menu development, control stock and food safety, and deliver a high-quality dining experience for external and internal clients.
