Salary: from £22,388.29 to £26,136.02 (pro rata from £37,653.00 to £43,956.00 depending on skills and experience)
FTE: 0.594595 (22 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
Hours: Tues: 08:30 - 17:00
Thurs: 08:30 - 17:00
Fri: 08:30 - 16:30

About the Role:
Inspire and train the next generation of stylists as a Hair & Barbering Lecturer at Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT). The successful candidate willl deliver exciting, high-quality teaching, using modern digital tools like Google Classroom and embedding vital employer engagement into the curriculum. Drawing on a minimum of 3 years of industry experience and at least 2 years of teaching experience up to Level 3, you will support student success, action planning, and progression in a safe, inclusive environment. If you hold a Level 3 vocational qualification, a DTLLS (or equivalent) teaching qualification, and embody our staff values—Brilliant, Caring, Open, and Team—we want to hear from you.
