Salary: from £46,654.00 to £49,110.00 per annum depending on qualification and experience.

About the Role

In this vital role, you will guide apprentices from day one through to End-Point Assessment (EPA)—coaching them to master essential Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours while delivering high-quality assessment, functional skills support, and off-the-job training tracking. You will take true ownership of the apprentice journey, ensuring full compliance with BCoT and Awarding Body standards while driving excellence across our engineering programs.
