Course Director Health and Social Care  

Full Time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

£28,110.00 to £34,585.00 per annum

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our progressive and motivated team. You will have experience within the Health and Social Care and Early sector and be educated to degree level with proven competencies within the field of teaching and learning.

You must be flexible, motivated and willing to work within a vocational area that is intent on providing the highest quality of learning experience for our learners. You will be teaching and leading on the level 2 and level 3 health and social care programmes predominantly. 

You will have at least a Level 5 qualification as well as a minimum of two years’ experience of teaching.  As an experienced teacher, you will be flexible and preferably be familiar with the current issues and challenges within FE. You would be joining a supportive outstanding department which has a strong focus on improving standards and achieving success.

You may be required to be a tutor for a designated group of learners which will involve guiding them through their individual learning journey towards their expected goals. Assessment, action planning and contributing to course development are all aspects of this role.
