£24.10 per hour (£19.85basic + £4.25 holiday pay)

To

 £34.21 per hour (£28.18 basic + £6.03 holiday pay)

The College is looking for talented, motivated staff to join our pool of versatile individuals on our Staff Bank. We have opportunities in a wide range of subject areas.

In particular we are looking for teaching roles in:

ESOL

Art & Design

Maths 

English

Computer Science

 

You will work on a zero hours contract, and be called upon (sometimes at short notice) to provide cover. Your pay will depend upon the hours you have worked during the month.

Our pool of bank staff are vital to ensure that we provide an outstanding service to our students and ensure lessons are covered by experienced and familiar staff during periods of expected and unexpected absence.

Experience of working with young people aged 16-18 is essential as well as the ability to deliver the curriculum creatively.  You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work independently across the college.

 

You will be flexible, approachable and preferably be familiar with the current issues and challenges within Further Education. You would be joining a supportive team which has a strong focus on improving standards and achieving success.
